I. PURPOSE
The Director of the Human Intelligence Center is responsible for building and managing a specialized center for company-wide data planning and governance (including user and internal data), as well as developing and applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize business operations, enhance decision-making efficiency, and create a competitive advantage for Meey Group. This position is responsible for establishing the data and AI strategy, managing the center's operations, and ensuring the center contributes to achieving business goals by leveraging the power of data and AI across all company sectors.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy and Planning:
- Develop a comprehensive data and AI strategy for the entire company, including objectives, priorities, development roadmaps, and potential application areas.
- Establish detailed operational plans for the center, including projects, required resources, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both data and AI segments.
- Company-wide Data Planning and Governance:
- Establish and manage systems for collecting, storing, cleaning, and integrating data from all company sources (user data from platforms, internal data from business systems).
- Develop data governance processes and standards, ensuring accuracy, security, accessibility, and compliance with relevant legal regulations.
- Develop and maintain a centralized data warehouse (Enterprise Data Warehouse or Data Lake) or appropriate data platforms to serve analysis and AI application purposes.
- Ensure effective data accessibility and usage for departments and AI projects.
- Data Reporting & Visualization: Build real-time dashboards to support decision-making; provide periodic reports to Leadership & relevant departments; develop analytical tools for customers (e.g., real estate price forecasting, investment profit calculation).
- Company-wide AI Development and Application:
- Identify AI application opportunities across various business areas (marketing, sales, products, operations, finance, HR, etc.).
- Research, develop, and integrate AI into products/services tailored to the needs and problems of each department.
- Manage the lifecycle of AI applications, from ideation, development, and deployment to monitoring and maintenance.
- Evaluate effectiveness and optimize deployed AI applications to ensure they deliver specific business value.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, manage, and develop a team of experts, including data engineers, data analysts, data scientists, AI engineers, machine learning specialists, and other related roles.
- Assign tasks, set goals, and evaluate the performance of team members.
- Foster a collaborative, creative, and learning-oriented work environment.
