Meey Land continues to affirm its pioneering position in the field of real estate technology (Proptech), making a strong mark by winning big at the Vietnam Digital Awards 2022.

On October 9, 2022, the Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards - Vietnam Digital Awards 2022 (VDA 2022) took place in Hanoi with the presence of hundreds of representatives from businesses and organizations in the field of software and information technology domestically and internationally.

Vietnam Digital Awards is an award sponsored by the Ministry of Information and Communications and hosted by the Vietnam Digital Communications Association (VDCA) to honor outstanding digital transformation achievements of Government agencies,  public non-business units, businesses and individuals, promoting the national digital transformation.

Overcoming many excellent technology units, Meey Land Group Joint Stock Company was honored to become one of 49 honored enterprises. This is the second year in a row that Meey Land has won at Vietnam Digital Awards.

Meey Map was honored at the Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards - Vietnam Digital Awards 2022 (VDA 2022), the category "Typical Digital Transformation Products, Services, and Solutions”.

This year, Meey Land was honored in the category of "Typical Digital Transformation Products, Services and Solutions" with the product Meey Map - an online map platform for real estate planning and information searching.

At the awarding ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duy Son, Director of the Geographic Information Systems Development Centre of Meey Land Group Joint Stock Company represented to receive the medal and honor.

What is Meey Map?

Mr. Hoang Mai Chung, the company’s Chairman shared, Meey Map is one of the outstanding products of Meey Land, which has been researched and developed for many years to meet and address the needs of the real estate market in this digitizing era. Meey Map interface displays: real estate planning, traffic map and satellite map.

Meey Map is widely known as an application that supports businesses, organizations, real estate exchanges and brokers to look up and search for information related to real estate through the map platform. Meey Map has been developed by Meey Land in both versions: Website (https://meeymap.com) and Mobile App. To date, Meey Map has 55,000 trusted customers; more than 700 new accounts created per day and 25,000 accesses per day.

Meey Map provides features such as: search for real estate by address, coordinates or certificate of land use rights; Measure distance and area; Direct download of real estate planning information; Search for properties with in-depth filters; Comparison between base map and satellite map using a dedicated toolbar; Detailed table of symbols for real estate planning and land used... In particular, with the application of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) technology solutions to Meey Map development, Meey Land shows its focus on data management to digitize, attach data with coordinates, display information on the map visually and improve product concentration.

Mr. Chung said that Meey Map was launched in 2021, but before that, there was a many years process of researching and testing to perfect the product.

"In the current market, there are not many specialized products/applications for real estate planning such as Meey Map. Meey Land is a pioneer in researching and developing applications for planning search. According to the Chairman, Meey Map has been updated with construction planning data of 39 provinces/cities. In which, 21 provinces/cities have over 5 planning projects and aim to cover all 63 provinces/cities. Meey Map is currently an application that fully updates the two most important planning maps of the real estate industry: construction planning and land use planning, so it dominates the market. The planning data has been continuously updated by Meey Map from authorized Government agencies.
