The 2024 Hai Phong Digital Transformation Forum offers unique experiences with a series of AI-powered digital products from Meey Group.
On November 22nd, Mr. Hoang Tuan Anh, Project Director of Meey Land Joint Stock Corporation (Meey Group), delivered an impressive presentation at the 2024 Hai Phong Digital Transformation Forum, mentioning many AI-powered digital products in the real estate sector such as Meey Map, Meey CRM, Meey Atlas, etc.
Green digital transformation: Both a challenge and an opportunity
The forum, themed "Green Digital Transformation - Driving Economic and Social Development", was organized by the People's Committee of Hai Phong City in collaboration with the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA). According to Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong, the forum's theme focuses on one of the most important and crucial factors in the transformation process, which is green transformation. This is both a challenge and an opportunity, a driving force for development.

It is also a chance for all levels of government, sectors, and businesses to connect and share experiences on products and technological solutions to serve the construction of digital government, digital economy, and digital society in the city," said Mr. Cuong.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Giang, Vice President and General Secretary of VINASA, said that Hai Phong is a special city with many advantages and potential for development.
"The areas that Hai Phong is focusing on are also the areas where Vietnamese technology enterprises have experience, solutions, and resources to deploy," said Ms. Giang.

According to him, digital transformation enhances the quality of public services, improves the experience of citizens and businesses; promotes new economic sectors based on digital platforms, strengthens competitiveness and attracts investors; optimizes urban management, etc.
"To develop the urban economy, it is necessary to digitize, standardize data, automate processes, as well as manage and operate systems. Technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI), plays a particularly important role in this issue," said Mr. Tuan Anh, adding that with its strength in Proptech (property technology), many products in the ecosystem developed by Meey Group can participate with localities in this matter.
Rapid planning lookup thanks to AI
Citing the example of the latest Meey Map planning lookup platform developed by Meey Group, Mr. Hoang Tuan Anh shared: Before making a decision to buy or sell real estate, people often have to go to the land registration office to check if that real estate is subject to planning or not. This lookup usually takes 2-4 days, costing a lot of time and money. However, with Meey Map, people only need 2-3 seconds to grasp the current status of the land plot.
"Our system integrates annual land use planning maps, oriented land planning maps, and construction planning maps (general planning, sub-area planning, detailed planning). The digitalization of the planning information lookup process provides people with accurate and up-to-date information, helping them to be proactive in investment, buying and selling, as well as stabilizing their residence," Mr. Tuan Anh shared.

Notably, the Meey Map platform leverages AI in every feature to assist users. "For instance, our primary customer base for real estate is middle-aged individuals, who may sometimes find technology a bit daunting. However, Meey Group has simplified processes using AI.
Users simply need to scan their land title certificates with their phone camera, and the system will analyze the information. AI also automatically scans the coordinates on the certificate (VN2000) and displays them on the Meey Map (Google coordinate system)," Mr. Tuan Anh shared.
Additionally, AI can automatically assess property values based on location, area, orientation, frontage, and on-site assets (number of rooms, floors, etc.), providing users with a reference point before making a purchase decision.
"This feature is not only beneficial for individuals and investors but also has significant implications for other entities such as appraisers and banks," Mr. Tuan Anh stated.
Meey Atlas - creating a "smart journey, convenient life"
Another proud AI-powered product of Meey Group, as mentioned by Mr. Hoang Tuan Anh, is Meey Atlas - a smart digital map for Vietnamese people.

"Imagine, every day before going out for work or travel, people need to plan their itinerary by searching for information about weather, air quality, traffic conditions... Instead of opening many different applications, which takes a lot of time, with Meey Atlas, users will be provided with all of the above information," said Mr. Tuan Anh.
Furthermore, thanks to AI analysis, users are also suggested the most convenient routes, avoiding traffic incidents. AI can even plan itineraries for trips and suggest attractive tourist destinations or those with good conditions in the near future.
"Through Meey Atlas, we are aiming to create a 'smart journey - convenient life'," said Mr. Tuan Anh.
Next, Meey Group's 3D tour creation application also attracted much attention at the forum. This product allows users to experience virtual reality (VR/AR) tours of tourist attractions, historical sites, and real estate projects.
For example, given the recent attraction of the Vietnam Military History Museum, Meey Group has "digitalized" and "3D-ized" this museum and put it on a digital map platform so that people can visit it remotely.

"This is something we're quite proud of, because in the past, creating a 3D tour required very expensive equipment. However, with Meey Group's product, users can create their own 3D spaces from 2D images on their smartphones and upload them to Meey Group's digital map platform," shared Mr. Tuan Anh.
Continuing the story of AI application in "digitalizing" the real estate sector, Meey Group also made a mark by introducing Meey CRM - a specialized customer demand management application designed specifically for real estate brokers.
