HANOI, Vietnam —September 16, 2026 — Meey Global Corp (the “Company” or “Meey Global”), a Cayman Islands holding company that operates an integrated ecosystem of digital real estate platforms and data intelligence services in Vietnam through its main subsidiary Meey Land Group Joint Stock Company, today announced the public filing of its registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares (“Ordinary Shares”).

Meey Global Corp (“Meey Global”) announced that it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock.
