In 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City, the 9th Dot Property Vietnam Awards returned with the theme "Sustainable development: Building the foundation for a new real estate cycle in Vietnam". The evaluation process is strict, rigorous but must ensure transparency. The evaluation board consists of leading experts in the fields of real estate, investment, finance, planning, design, and architecture both domestically and internationally. According to the Organizing Committee, the award structure will have 30 categories, with each category having only one winner (the best).
